Absent Students

I use and love this form.  I've tweaked it quite a a bit over the years.  It's a great checklist for our absent students - it increases their accountability and improves the rate of return assignments.  I HATE chasing assignments so this is a big deal for me!  :-)

  1. I love your form! The past couple of years there have been so many absences in my class - this would be perfect instead of my post it note system. Thanks for sharing!

    1. So glad you like it! If you want the .docx copy, let me know. You can edit it but the fun font (Lima Bean) may look weird if you don't have that font. I downloaded it for free from the Kevin and Amanda font blog.

    1. LOVE this Lara! Thank you for sharing! I did edit it for my needs, but realized I didn't have your CUTE BORDER . . . Can you tell us how to get that? Is there somewhere to go that has LOTS of them, cuz I could LOVE a place like that, too!

BTW, I'm going to be your latest follower!! :)

  7. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I usually handwrite the information quickly (and subsequently somewhat messy). This form is fantastic. And I appreciate the two versions ... PDF as well as Word!
